Pilot delivery area

During the pilot launch, we ship physical prints only to addresses within the United States.

Production and delivery estimates

Each product is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 1–8 business days after production. A typical order therefore arrives in approximately 3–13 business days, but these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. High order volume, production holds, carrier disruptions, weather, and remote destinations can extend the delivery estimate.

Shipping charges and tracking

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Current pilot rates vary by product and size. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Products in the same order can arrive in separate packages when they are produced or routed from different facilities.

Address changes

Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We can update an address only before fulfillment reaches a stage where Printful or the carrier no longer permits changes.

Late, lost, or damaged shipments

If the estimated delivery date has passed, allow five additional business days for carrier delays before contacting us about a missing package. Lost-shipment claims must be reported within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. For products that arrive damaged, follow the instructions in our Return and refund policy and retain the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved.
