Store and agreement

This online print store is operated by Michael Haslim Photo. By browsing the store, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of service and the policies linked from the store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to present each photograph, material, finish, size, and price accurately. Displays vary, so minor differences between on-screen color or brightness and a physical print are expected. Product dimensions are stated in inches and should be reviewed before purchase.

Availability, prices, product details, and shipping charges can change without notice. We may correct an error or cancel and refund an order affected by incorrect pricing, unavailable production, suspected fraud, or another condition that prevents us from fulfilling the order as described.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Delivery dates are estimates. Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these Terms and govern production problems, shipping issues, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.

Copyright and permitted use

All photographs, product imagery, written content, branding, and other creative materials remain the property of Michael Haslim Photo or their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Purchasing a physical print gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to display that physical copy for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to scan, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, resell, create derivative works from, or commercially use the photograph or product imagery.

Prohibited use

You may not use the store or its content for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the store's security or operation, submit fraudulent information, or violate another person's rights.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify for ecommerce and payment processing and Printful for production and fulfillment. Those providers can process information and perform services necessary to complete an order under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these policies or required by applicable law. Michael Haslim Photo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Arizona and the United States, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to a customer.

Changes

We may update these Terms and policies from time to time by publishing a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
